1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars.

2. I'm uncertain about ordering over the Internet. Do you have a secure site so that giving my credit card number on the order is safe?

We do have a secure site, so it is safe to order using your credit card. Our credit card processor uses Secure Socket Layer Application Programming Interface (SSL API). All orders and payment information sent to and from our site are encrypted using industry standard RC4 1024-bit encryption with SSL Version 3.

3. Can I place an order by mail or by fax?

If you do not wish to order online using a credit card, please email us at orders@spotsters.com with the items you'd like to order and your bill to and ship to addresses so that we can work out an alternative ordering/payment option for you.

4. Why should I set up an account with you if I can place an order without one?

Convenience. If you set up an account with us you won't have to enter your billing and shipping information every time you order. And since you don't have to put your credit card number into your account, you don't have to worry about you number ending up in the wrong hands. Another benefit of setting up an account is that when we do specials, sales, or other promos, the customers in our database are emailed about the event first.

5. Is my password on my account secure?

Yes, your password is stored in our system where even we can't see it. And if you forget your password and request it to be sent to you, it is only sent to the email address you have entered into your account.

6. Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas.

7. Do I pay for shipping and handling?

Yes, the total cost of your order includes the shipping and handling option you choose. Currently we ship USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. International orders are usually shipped via Global Priority Mail or Airmail. Other shipping options may be available by request.

8. How long after I place my order will I receive my products?

In general you can expect to receive your order in 5-10 days. It usually takes 2-3 days to process and pack your items. Depending on which option you choose, shipping time varies from 2-6 days generally. International orders will require a few extra days of course. If you need your order by a specific date, let us know and we will work with you to figure your best shipping option.

9. What if something I order is out of stock?

We will do everything possible to prevent an out of stock situation but if this occurs we will notify you via email. You may decide to cancel that item from your order or let us put it on back order and ship it to you as soon as our stock is replenished. Experience indicates that most items can be shipped within 1-3 weeks if on back order. We generally remove a product from our website if it has been discontinued or will be out of stock for an extended period of time.

10. I really love your products but own a Beagle. Do your items come in other breeds?

We stock a few items that have multiple breeds on them. We also carry a number of "breed generic" products. Many of our products are available in other breeds. If you are interested in a particular item in a specific breed, please email us at info@spotsters.com so that we can check into special ordering for you. Please note that special orders are prepaid and not returnable.

11. I live outside the United States. Can you ship products to me?

Yes! We recently made it easier to place an international order through our website. During checkout be sure to enter your entire address and then choose the shipping option for your country. We currently have estimated rates displayed for Canada, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, France & Germany and Australia. Actual rates may vary slightly and your total will be adjusted accordingly when we process and pack your order.

If your country is not listed, please select "other countries" as your shipping option, and when we process and pack your order we will calculate your shipping charge and add it to your total. Should you wish to request estimated shipping charges beforehand, please email us at orders@spotsters.com.

Shipping fees for most orders we've shipped outside the USA have ranged $6.00-$50.00 depending on their weight. Please note that we may not be able to ship some items to you depending on your country's restrictions. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you promptly. Most international orders are shipped via Airmail (4-10 days depending on your location) through the United States Postal Service. Should you require special shipping arrangements or faster service, please email us so that we may work something out for you.

12. What do I do if I want to return something?

We hope you are extremely satisfied with your spotsters.com purchase. If however you need to return something, please email us at orders@spotsters.com so that we may work with you to exchange or return your purchase. Please note that special orders and items that have been personalized are not returnable unless defective.

13. Will you sell my name and address to others? I don't want to start getting a bunch of junk mail because I ordered from you.

We will not sell your name and address to anyone. We dislike getting all that junk mail too so we won't do that to you. If you are currently on our mailing list and would like to be removed, simply reply to us and we will remove you from our list promptly.

14. How do I request a catalog and join your mailing list?

Our product selection changes so frequently that it would be impossible to keep up with a printed catalog. All of our products are offered online through our e-store. If you would like to be on our mailing list to receive updates on new items, special sales and coupon offers, send your name, address, city, state, zip and email address to info@spotsters.com, and we'll be happy to add you to our database.
